In 2004, I started my journey into motherhood.  After three babies, my body was left in a bit of a mess.  At that time, there was little information circulating about pelvic floor dysfunction.  My body felt broken, and I felt lost.

I didn't want anyone else to feel this way.

Over the past 8 years, I've spent countless hours researching, educating, and training women with issues like incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, low back and hip pain.

As a result of the success they and myself have had, I decided to start writing about my personal experiences, include invaluable knowledge from my team of experts, and in turn provide women with a wealth of information so they can make informed choices on how to heal their body.
