Day 19 - It's #FitnessFriday!

If you haven't followed some of my previous posts, I am a BIG advocate for training our Core correctly using #NoCrunchAbs.  As part of my 21 Day Fix I thought I would share some ways I get my core into shape.

The following video has some intermediate to advanced core moves as follows:

MOVE 1: Thigh Press with Alternating Leg Lower (20 repetitions)
MOVE 2: Plank with Alternating Knee In/Out to Leg In/Out (20 repetitions)
MOVE 3: Side Plank with Pull In (12 repetitions per side)
