Today I hit the gym for some core strengthening with #nocrunchabs exercises, an anaerobic stair drill (it's hell in the moment but super fun!), followed by some weights.
As for my eating, I look back on the week, and while I was not perfect, I did learn where I need to make some changes. The no alcohol for 30 days is going great, although it was tough Saturday night to be razzed around the outdoor fire by the neighbours (all in good fun though). Since I have made two big changes, balanced eating and no drinking, I knew the first week would be tough to ace both.
Today I planned most of next week's meals and I have another good week of exercise laid out. I have options in the event of torrential rain for my running days, and can adapt if unexpected things come up, so I don't miss a workout.
